Step 2: Discovery Call
We begin with a focused phone consultation to learn more about your project. If it’s a great fit, we’ll schedule a time to meet in person.
Step 3: On-Site Consultation & Initial Estimate
We visit your home to measure, assess, and understand your space firsthand. You'll receive a preliminary estimate so you have a clear financial overview from the start.
Step 4: Professional Services Agreement
We formalize the design and pre-construction phase with a service agreement. This paid engagement (typically $3,000–$10,000 depending on project complexity) covers all planning and design prep work before building begins.
Step 5: Design & Pre-Construction
Together, we shape your vision into a fully scoped, budgeted, and scheduled project. This phase includes material selection, layout planning, and schematic reviews. Need architectural plans? We’ll connect you with trusted professionals.
Step 6. Sign The Contract
We finalize your build contract, collect the deposit, and schedule subcontractors. Materials are ordered, timelines are set, and we begin preparations for construction.
Step 7: Pre-Construction Walkthrough
You’ll meet with our leadership and foreman for a detailed site walkthrough. We align on priorities, expectations, and site logistics — setting the tone for a successful build.
Step 8: Construction Begins
Work begins! You’ll receive daily updates and photo logs, plus weekly on-site meetings to track progress and address any decisions or questions along the way.
Step 9: Final Walkthrough & Punch List
As construction wraps, we walk the entire project with you, your foreman, and (if applicable) your architect. Together, we create a punch list and fine-tune the final details.
Step 10: Deep Clean
Before we hand over the keys, we bring in professional cleaners to leave your home spotless — ready for move-in day.
Step 11: Final Payment
With all work complete and approved, we review the final invoice and wrap up any financial details with full transparency and clarity.
Step 12: Move-In Celebration
We mark the occasion with a special handover moment — your space is now beautifully complete, and it’s time to celebrate this new chapter in your home.
